General Registration
Registration will open on AUGUST 15, 2025
Pre-registration also gives you preferential access to the show field, which means you'll spend less time in line and move on to the field faster.
Pre-register securely by using the form below. We'll send you a confirmation email when you do. You'll recieve more info about two weeks prior to the show along with your access placard.

Arriving at the Show
Registration will be open on the day of show from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. If you must register on the day of the show, we highly recommend cash ($20). This helps to keep traffic moving more quickly as our team takes payments on the line. Because of the size of this show, we HIGHLY recommend pre-registration.
Coming as a group?
If you're arriving as a group, you'll need to meet up OUTSIDE of the venue and come in together. Just let us know when you arrive that the vehicles behind you are grouped, and our parking staff will take care of the rest.
Because of the volume of vehicles entering the airfield, we are unable to hold spaces for late arrivals.
Bring a Toy!
HVCCDE and Wings & Wheels has partnered with Wilmington Cars & Coffee to make this year's event a drop-off point for their annual Nemours Toy Drive! Each year, classic and exotic cars are packed with toys and taken to Nemours in Wilmington to be given to the children during a car show!
Bring a new unwrapped toy to the show and drop it off at the registration area! Let's make the holidays special for the kids of Nemours!
