Submit your photo for the HVCCDE membership calendar!
Deadline for calendar submissions is AUGUST 31, 2026.
Photo Rules:
Please observe the following rules when taking and submitting a photo for the calendar:
1. Photo MUST be at least 300 dpi resolution. Photos with a lower resolution WILL NOT be used. Pixelated photos will not be used.
2. Photo must be landscape (long) orientation.
3. Vehicle must be clear and free of obstructions.
4. No people may appear in the photo.
5. No 'Driveway Shots.' Car should be staged with an appropriate background.
6. Photo must be clear. Blurry photos will not be used.
7. Repeat submissions will not be accepted (if the photo appeared in last year's calendar, it will not be used).
8. No part of the vehicle may be cut off. Please ensure the entire vehicle is visible.
